Pricing · Effective January 2026

Three published tiers. No hidden enterprise tier. The demo is the door to anything custom.

We built ComMania to be the community OS a working operator would actually buy with a corporate card. So we publish our pricing the way operators want it: the line items that vary per tier, the monthly and annual numbers side by side, and a straight answer on what happens when you outgrow a tier. No "contact sales" cliff at the second seat.

The tiers

Launch, Scale, and Compound — three published prices, one toggle.

Launch

For the first community you can prove out.

$290/ month

Billed monthly. Or $2,856 / year on the annual toggle.

See Launch customers
  • Up to 1,500 active members across one workspace.
  • 3 connected channels — pick from Slack, Discord, Circle, Discourse.
  • AI moderation up to 50,000 messages / month (96.4% catch rate on policy violations).
  • NPS-loop on 2 channels, synced every 90 minutes.
  • Community ROI pixel: per-channel attribution only.
  • Standard analytics dashboards + weekly digest email.
  • Email support, 24-hour first response.

Right when: you're spinning up the first real program and want every signal in one place.

Compound

For multi-brand programs and agencies running more than one community.

$2,400/ month

Billed monthly. Or $23,616 / year on the annual toggle.

See Compound customers
  • Up to 60,000 active members across ten workspaces.
  • Unlimited channels + SSO (SAML, OIDC) and granular role-based access.
  • AI moderation up to 2,000,000 messages / month with dedicated model fine-tuning.
  • NPS-loop with custom triggers and webhook-driven follow-up sequences.
  • Community ROI pixel: per-member, per-channel, AND per-post attribution.
  • Data warehouse export (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) + reverse-ETL.
  • 24/7 priority support, 1-hour SLA, quarterly business review.

Right when: you're running a portfolio and the per-brand economics need to be defensible.

Every tier includes: the ComMania moderation console, public roadmap voting, the 1,840-team customer Slack, GDPR-native data handling, and the same 96.4%-accurate AI moderation model. There is no feature we hold back for a "contact us" tier — the four things that vary are seats, AI moderation volume, NPS-loop reach, and how deep the revenue attribution goes.

A short operator-to-operator note

What the line items actually mean on a Tuesday morning.

A "seat" is a member who has logged in within the last 30 days — not a contact record and not a follower. When your active-member count crosses a tier ceiling on day 28 of your billing cycle, nothing breaks; the meter rolls over and we email you a one-line heads-up so you can decide whether to upgrade, prune dormant members, or ride it out. We don't auto-upgrade you mid-cycle.

AI moderation volume is metered on the number of messages we actually score through the model, not the messages your members send. Image attachments and edits are scored once; deletions are not. If you hit the cap, moderation keeps running on the last-trained policy — it just stops learning from new patterns until the next cycle. Overage is billed at the published per-1,000 rate at the end of the month; you can set a hard ceiling from the billing page.

The Community ROI pixel is a small JavaScript snippet you drop on the surfaces you control (your docs site, your pricing page, your event landing pages). It watches for member IDs that have touched your community and ties their on-site behavior — signups, upgrades, attended events — back to the channel and the specific post that started the conversation. Attribution is per-member, per-channel, or per-post depending on the tier. There is no per-event fee; the pixel itself is free, the read-rights come with the plan.

Questions a community lead will ask before booking the demo

Six things worth answering on the page.

Do you do annual contracts, and is there actually a discount?

Yes. The annual toggle on every tier is the real annual price — about 18% lower than twelve months of the monthly rate. We don't bury it behind a sales call. If you want a multi-year term, that's something the demo handles.

What happens if I blow past my AI moderation cap?

Moderation keeps running on the last-trained policy; the model stops learning from new patterns until the cycle resets. You'll get an email at 80% and at 100%, and overage above the cap is billed at the published per-1,000 rate. You can also set a hard ceiling from the billing page if you'd rather have moderation pause than overage accrue.

We're migrating from Circle / Discord / Discourse. What's the actual lift?

It's a one-week project for most teams, and we do it with you. Our migration team has done 340+ moves since 2022, including single communities with 200k+ posts. Historical content is imported with author IDs intact; member DND preferences and role mappings are respected. The demo covers your specific source stack and gives you a written timeline before you sign anything.

Is there a refund window if it doesn't work out?

30 days, no questions asked, on every tier including annual. After 30 days we prorate the unused months on annual plans. We've processed 47 refunds in four years — the rest stuck around because the metrics held up.

Can I pay by invoice / wire / purchase order?

Yes on annual plans at Scale and above, and on every Compound plan. Monthly plans run on card. Wire transfer and PO are supported but add 5–7 business days to first provisioning, which is why we recommend card for the first month even if you plan to switch.

What does the demo actually cover that the page can't?

Multi-brand agency rollups, EU data residency specifics (Frankfurt and Stockholm regions), custom contracts with custom SLAs, anything that needs our legal team to read your MSA, and any shape of program we haven't seen before. The demo is 30 minutes, run by an operator who's actually run a community, not an SDR.

The next step

Need pricing for the things we couldn't put in a table?

A 30-minute demo is where we cover multi-brand agency rollups, EU data residency specifics (Frankfurt and Stockholm), custom contracts with custom SLAs, and any shape of program we haven't seen before. It is run by an operator who has actually run a community — not an SDR. You'll leave the call with a written number, even if the answer is "you'd actually be best on the published Scale tier."

  • 30 minutes, live, with a working operator.
  • Written quote delivered inside 24 hours of the call.
  • No commitment to switch off your current stack mid-demo.
